Lausanne, 20 April 2007 - We are pleased to inform you that the 2007 Beach Volleyball Handbook is now available on the FIVB web site, while the hard copy version has been sent out on the first week of April to all the parties involved in the growth of the sport, as per the World Council decision.
[COLOR="blue"]2007年4月20日 洛桑——我们高兴的通知您，2007沙滩排球手册业已在国际排联的网站正式公布；同时，按照国际委员会的决定，2007沙滩排球手册的硬拷贝版本已经在4月份的第一个星期发送到所有成员组织，包括这项运动增加的新成员组织。[/COLOR]
This important tool has been designed to assist all parties concerned in staging, promoting, and marketing all FIVB Beach Volleyball events, focusing on the SWATCH FIVB World Tour. This 2007 edition of the Handbook, which has been completely revised and updated, reflects the latest decisions made by all relevant FIVB organs to better shape the future of the sport and the terms of fundamental partnership agreements signed between the FIVB and its sponsors, organizers and their partners.
On this occasion, we also would like to inform you that all forms, report templates and manuals for the 2007 season that are complementary to the 2007 Handbook are now available on the FIVB website.
This Handbook was created by Mr. Angelo Squeo with the suport of all FIVB Departments, FIVB Delegates, Permanent Committee members and FIVB Partners. The FIVB would like to express its gratitude to all those involved.
We hope that this 2007 Handbook will help to further increase the popularity of Beach Volleyball and give opportunities to athletes, sponsors and organizers alike all over the world to enjoy the sport, get involved and keep the ball flying!
